Do I need to buy a license and which one should I buy?

You must purchase a license if one of the following scenarios below applies to you.

1) You want to use our music in your User Generated Content** where you do not want to/are not able to include Attribution**** in your video description. In this case, you must purchase a “Personal License” for 15 EUR from our shop. 

2) You want to use our music on behalf of a company and/or for Commercial Purposes***. In this case, you must purchase a “Company License” for 40 EUR from our shop. 

3) You want to use our music for a special type of project (e.g. video game, movie, TV show, or commercial advertisement on TV). In this case, you will need to fill out this form with more information about your project, and then we will get back to you as soon as possible.

** Any form of visual and/or audio material created and published by an individual on social media platforms such as, but not limited to, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitch, Vimeo, and Twitter.

*** Any form of paid advertising and/or any form of visual and/or audio material published by a company/entity or on behalf of a company/entity. Please note that you are allowed to monetize your User Generated Content on platforms such as, but not limited to, YouTube as long as you include correct Attribution**** in your video description.

**** To include the full artist name and track title of the used music track in your video description.

*IMPORTANT*
We only sell licenses to the official Free To Use Music releases which can all be found in our shop. If you can’t find the track that you’re looking for in our shop, then it’s most likely because the track has only been promoted on our YT-channel No Copyright Background Music. In this case, you will need to purchase a license directly from the original artist.
