How do I attribute the artist?

For all tracks released on our record label Free To Use Music, you must give proper attribution by including the track title and artist name somewhere in your video description. We’ve written examples of how to properly attribute the artists on different social media platforms down below.

– Write this in the description of your video:

‘Track Title’ by ‘Artist Name’

Example of how to properly attribute artists on social media platforms like Instagram.
– Write this in the description of your video: 

Music from @freetousemusic
‘Track title’ by @’artist’s Instagram’

If you don’t want to include proper attribution or maybe you just want to use the track outside of social media where the option to attribute the artist is not always available, then you must purchase a license (read more about this here).
